Admission to a U.S. Service Academy remains one of the most competitive college admissions processes in the nation. Candidates are evaluated using a Whole Candidate Score, which considers academics, leadership, athletics, physical fitness, character, medical qualification, and nominations.

- Class Rank: Top 10–15%
- SAT: 1300–1450+ (or ACT equivalent)

The Reality of Military Academy Admissions
