My dedication to fostering excellence spans years as an educator and faculty mentor, helping students navigate the complexities of high-stakes academic and professional environments. This work took on a new meaning as a parent, where I personally managed the intricate hurdles of the military academy appointment process for my own children. Witnessing those challenges firsthand bridged my professional expertise with a deep empathy for the families we serve today.
