Weekly Military Academy Prep: Your 7-Day Plan (Fitness, Leadership, Admissions)


Use this weekly plan to stay consistent with fitness, leadership development, and admissions prep for a service academy.

1) Fitness (3–5 sessions)

Focus on running, calisthenics, and mobility. Track one benchmark each week (e.g., 1.5-mile time, max push-ups/sit-ups).

2) Leadership (daily reps)

Write down one leadership example per day (challenge, action, result). These become interview stories and essay material.

3) Admissions & Interviews (2 focused blocks)

Block 60–90 minutes twice a week for applications: nominations, essays, resume updates, and mock interview practice.

4) Planning (Sunday reset)

Review deadlines, schedule workouts, and pick one leadership goal for the week. Consistency beats intensity.
