This program evaluates the personality, character, and leadership potential required for competitive military academy admission. Focused on the 50 percent non-academic weighting of the Whole Person Multiple (WPM) score, it evaluates traits such as integrity, discipline, and selfless service. Participants work through situational scenarios and diagnostic questions similar to those found in official interviews and teacher evaluations. This assessment provides a realistic view of an applicant's soft-skill readiness for institutions like the USNA, West Point, or the Air Force Academy.
